V DRY MN 6: 6% manganese drier

Manganese based drier used in outdoor paints, varnishes and baking enamels. Aspect : Wine colorued liquid. Density: 0.88 g/ml Refractive Index : nd 25oC :1.44 Dry Content : 43 ± 0.5 % Metal Content : 6 % Manganese metal Packaking: Nett 180 kgs Drums or 50 kgs Hdpe containers.

Application:

The manganese drier exhibits at the same time oxydative and polymerisation properties, but if used alone produces a brittle film, thus we recommend to use it together with lead soaps. An addition of 0.01 to 0.1 % is adequate. Because of its reddish colour it is not re commended to use in white finishes. According to the customers need we produce also manganese dries with 8.10 and 12 % metal content.
