V STAB KZN: liquid K-Zn stabiliser

Application:

V STAB KZN is an absolute non-toxic kicker stabiliser containing potassium and zinc metals it is compatible with EEC regulations. It protects PVC articles from sulphur staining. Facilitates the decomposition of blowing agent at 180oC and thus a very fine and homogenous cell structure is obtained. Its strong activity permits the use of V STAB KZN in rather short baking spreading machines. A metering of 1.5 PHR is adequate in long channels, over expansion is avoided. Important: It is recommended to mix V STAB KZN with plasticiser during plastisol preperation.
