Density: 1.16 at 20oC
Refractive Index : 1.478 at 25oC
Packaging: Nett 200 kgs iron drums or nett 60 kgs HDPE containers
Storing: Possible to store in dry at 15-25oC during two years.

Introduction:
Powder di,tri or tetra basic lead sulphates are weak to promote inital colour depth. To overcome this problem it is necessary to use modern liquid lead stabilisers.

Separately powder lead stabilisers can't prevent desintegration of the plastic in the presence of mercury or iodine lamps emitting UV. rays which are manifesting themselfs by the formation of a dull gray colour.

Our company by developping this new liquid lead stabiliser offer to the plastic processor a product with a power near of the organo-tin stabilisers.

The advantages of liquid lead stabilisers are as follows; easy metering and prevention of the workers from poisoning as the powder dusts, easy mixing in dry blends or when formulating granules, better inital colour, possibility to obtain very smooth surfaces, improved light stability.

Application:
It is possible to stabilize both suspension and paste type PVC resins with V STAB P3. A plastisol formulated with VSTAB P3 will have lower viscosity thus making possible to have higher load volumes.

We recommend the adjunction of 0.4 kgs phr of calcium stearate together with 0.2 kgs of stearic acid to improve lubrication. V STAB P3 contains a quantity of internal lubricant.

Dosing:
It is recommended to use 2.5-3 PHR of V STAB P3 per 100 parts of PVC resin when processing with twin screw extruders it is possible to use 0.5 kgs less of liquid stabiliser than when processing with single screw extruder.
