V STAB CZ: liquid Ca-Zn stabiliser

Type:

A non-toxic type calcium-zinc stabiliser for plastisols and organosols. Aspect : Cristal clear pale yellow liquid Density : 0.92 g/ml 20oC Refractive Index : nd 20oC 1.44 Packaging : Nett 50 kgs HDPE drums.

Application:

This general purpose non-toxic stabiliser is totally compatible with plasticisers as D.O.P, D.O.A, D.I.D.P etc. Produced by Vatan chemicals. A dosing of 2 phr is adequate when formulating pigmented articles, but the adjoining of an epoxy plasticiser when formulating transparent articles is recommended. There is no danger by the contact of the skin with an artificial leather stabilised with V STAB CZ since it doesn't contain poisonous cations no harm is encountered. PVC toys and injected or blow molded articles are safely processed with the help of V STAB CZ. It is not recommended for extrusion forming. By dropping the viscosity of plasti sols V STAB CZ permits a higher filler level.
